Materials related to a dispute between Bill Kaplan and the Freedom Forum over a proposed program on the implications for privacy of the emerging computer culture. Concluding in a memo to James C. Duff, his associate in the matter, that a successful outcome of litigation was unlikely Warnke used his powers of persuasion and contacts in the NGO community to move a negotiated settlement to Kaplan's expressed satisfaction.
