Consists chiefly of correspondence from Birnbaum to Warnke and copies of letters from his files offered as evidence of his claims. Includes copies of an exchange in which Rev Timothy S. Healy, S.J. rose in defense of Birnbaum, then a University Professor at Georgetown. Last available document is a letter from Warnke to Birnbaum suggesting a meeting to discuss the situation.
