Container Summary
Correspondence and background material between Norman Haynes of Houston, Texas and Warnke. Haynes sends a circular letter seeking counsel in the areas of international law and taxation and consultation on private placement funding. After meeting Haynes and additional inquiry, Warnke offers a limited amount of time on a contingency basis. In 1993 Warnke explains the precarious position of the Company under the legal and contractual documents he has seen. In 1998 Warnke writes that he is retired from the law and asks to be taken off the mailing list. See following folders for mailings.
