Container Summary
Howard P. Willens interview of Warnke on his role as counsel to the Congress of Micronesia's Joint Committee on Future Status beginning in 1971. The committee was intended to represent Micronesian interests with respect to their status after the end of the U.S. Trusteeship Agreement. A letter (TLS) from Willens confirming the meeting, a transcript of the interview, and Willens' letter enclosing it.
