Container Summary
Correspondence, advice, and background materials in support of the people of the Marshall Islands. Addresses three related issues: search for additional compensation for previously unknown radiation damages from U.S. nuclear testing; proposals to accept nuclear waste for long term storage in the Marshalls; construction of gambling casinos as a source of public income. Warnke serves as a conduit for scientific and political information as well as doing legal work on the effects of the Compact of Free Association between the U.S. and the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
