Container Summary
Samples of "insider newsletters" and texts from them read into the Congressional Record. Notes from an investigation of the Washington Observer, its editorial policies and personnel. Extensive discussion of the fine points of libel law in the light of the Sullivan decision. Memos by Yarmolinsky refuting charges made in the Washington Observer piece. As the statute of limitations expiration approached, Yarmolinsky decided not to file a suit.
