Container Summary
Exchanges of correspondence with lawyers who participated in the original Case Study project seeking permission to further release information on the cases to the new Commission on Government Security. Most of the responses were negative. The membership of Francis Walters of HUAC on the Commission was one of several reasons cited. Also a letter to Loyd Wright, Chairman of the Commission, transmitting 57 cases not previously published for which permission for distribution had been obtained.
