Container Summary
Documents and copies spanning the life of the Case Studies project, kept by Warnke. They fill in the history of the project and its relationship with the project of the Bar of the City of New York. In particular, copies of correspondence between Allen T. Klots, President of the City Bar and John Lord O'Brian that allowed Yarmolinsky's project to get started while New York formed its staff. Also, Warnke's draft, annotated by Yarmolinsky, of a bill to prohibit the use of unrevealed informants in security cases. Text of Yarmolinsky's speech at a conference on personnel security programs. Formal notice to Warnke that his name had been sent in response to a request from HUAC Chair Francis Walter.
