For each case, seven columns are provided for information: Fund number [the sequential order of listing], Local number, Date received, Interviewer, Lawyer, Available for General Distribution [yes/no with qualifiers], and Program [under which the case was initiated]. Also, another looseleaf list "Final Status of Case Study Reports" which is a list by Fund number of the availability of the cases for release. It is undated.
