Container Summary
Correspondence and studies prior to publication. In particular, a letter from George W. Overton for the Fund for the Republic, confirming understandings with Adam Yarmolinsky and urging that he organize a committee of lawyers to improve representation of employees in security cases but repeating that there was no guarantee of financial support from the Fund. Also, drafts of a letter to be sent to possibly participating lawyers and a memorandum on the difficulty of intervening in individual cases.
