Included are a letter (TLS) from Sen John Sparkman confirming receipt of Warnke's letter of intent to resign from law practice if confirmed. Also, a report on political contributions, a conflict of interest statement, Security Investigation Data for Sensitive Position (SF 86), his temporary contract as a consultant pending confirmation, a formal acceptance letter to Jimmy Carter, Confidential Statement of Employment and Financial Interests (JF-1), letter of consent to an FBI investigation, and notice to Warnke of his Top Secret clearance.
