An copy of an information packet from "The Organizing Committee of Emergency Coalition Against Unilateral Disarmament." It describes itself as "now in the process of formation. Next week the Coalition will announce its officers and steering committee." It contains the Nitze letter, the anonymous memorandum, and other items. Also, a copy of an unsigned, undated memorandum linking Warnke with disclosure of the Pentagon papers.
