Copies of Warnke's letter to Sen John C. Stennis, dated Mar 8, 1977, sending a six-page errata list for his previous letter, dated Feb 28, 1977. He argues that his testimony taken as a whole makes clear that his belief had been and was then that the numerical superiority "... in numbers of missile launchers embodied in the Interim Agreement of 1972 did not give them any military advantage."
