A copy of Paul Nitze's letter to Sen John Sparkman on Warnke's fitness to head ACDA. It is dated the day before Nitze's similar testimony before the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations. Also, a copy of Warnke's response, as requested by the Committee. Sen Sparkman had both letters inserted into the Congressional Record along with other material on the nomination.
