Background materials for a proposed interview with candidate Jimmy Carter by Prof. Kei Wakaizuni a friend of Warnke. Included are a translation of his 1968 interview with Dean Rusk, a copy of a typescript "Questions for Dialogue with Jimmy Carter", a telegram to Warnke, and offprints of some Wakaizumi's published papers.
