Container Summary

Contributions to a paper on the East-West balance of power to be prepared by Zbigniew Brzezinski. Stuart Symington sent (TLS) an article by Barry M. Blechman that he found "interesting, but disturbing." A circular letter from Brzezinski asks comment on his outline. Warnke responds by letter and also sends a paper, "Ending the Cold War" by Arthur M. Cox.
