Container Summary

Several iterations of a memorandum from Adam Yarmolinsky for Jimmy Carter. With some contribution from Warnke (autograph notes), Yarmolinsky prepared an annotated list of 100 people for the "President-Elect" to use "... to expand his circle of acquaintances at an increasingly rapid rate, and to reach beyond campaign encounters with politicians and journalists and into almost every other walk of life."
