Container Summary

Drafts and speeches sent from Kennedy to Warnke. Most related to efforts to end nuclear testing. Also a letter (TLS) to Warnke explaining his reason for not reintroducing the Hatfield Kennedy Arms Race Moratorium bill. Another letter expressing thanks for Warnke's efforts supporting Senate ratification of the Threshold Test Ban and Peaceful Nuclear Explosions treaties. Attached to the latter a penciled list of Senators in Warnke's hand on Georgetown University Board of Directors notepaper with the note "All voted for Kennedy Mathias Amendment."
