Container Summary
A memorandum from Robert Hunter (TL) posing specific questions on a proposed Kennedy-Humphrey resolution on SALT and cruise missiles. Warnke made notes on the draft. The memo also noted "Senator Kennedy has had a private request from Dobrynin for specific ideas of what we would like to achieve in terms of Indian Ocean arms control. Again, your ideas would be most welcome." Also, thanks (TLS) from Kennedy for Warnke's participation in a review of the FB-111H, the F-16, The Tomahawk missile and the Standard ARM.
