Container Summary
Correspondence and speech drafts, most sent by Robert E. Hunter, Kennedy's Foreign Affairs Adviser, formerly one of Warnke's primary contacts in the McGovern campaign. Note conveying a resume and recommendation for a former colleague in the DoD General Counsel's Office. Drafts include one on U.S. -European relations for delivery in Brussels, another for the Military Committee of the North Atlantic Assembly in Ankara, a revision on Middle East policy and one on bilateral relations at Moscow University. All are edited in Warnke's hand. Finally, thanks from Hunter for a draft speech (not found here) on the encyclical "Pacem in Terris."
