Correspondence from McGovern's continuing relationship with Warnke after the 1974 campaign. A long letter (TLS) outlining McGovern's plans in 1979 for a speech expressing a liberal approach to the security debate and seeking Warnke's input. Also a letter announcing his second candidacy in 1983.
