Humphrey (TLS) thanking Warnke for agreeing to chair an committee and forwarding a DNC press release. Directions, including a map to Humphrey's residence for an initial meeting. The first two of many recommendations for staff and circular memoranda from Humphrey organizing the first public meeting. Background on the Democratic Policy Council, the parent organization.
