Of particular interest are a copy of a reply to Sen Philip A. Hart presenting DOD views on the SENTINEL antiballistic missile system and a copy of a letter from McNamara to McGeorge Bundy, then President of the Ford Foundation, on procedures for receiving released Vietnam POW's.
