Container Summary

Official Unclassified Chronological files of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs 19 July 1967 - 7 Feb 1968. Mostly administrative in nature. Of interest, a letter (TLS) from Sen Abraham Ribicoff and a letter (TLS) from Sen J. William Fulbright recommending declassification and release of a research report sponsored by the Army. Also a copy of a letter to Warnke from Mrs. Norman Gaddis, wife of an early POW and Warnke's suggestion. Finally copies of letters from Prof Paul Doty of Harvard on possible private talks with Soviet scientists on arms control.
