Letters to Warnke and copies of his own. His speakers' bureau registration. Responding to a request from editor Charles William Maynes, Warnke offer new endorsements for Foreign Policy (journal). Reviewing a manuscript for John H. Downs Warnke offers an opinion on the members of the Reagan arms negotiations team. For Edith B. Wilkie, Executive Director of the Congress's Arms Control and Foreign Policy Caucus, Warnke offers an opinion on the Nunn-Warner bill that would authorize an initial SDI deployment. In a letter to Joseph R. Biden, Jr. Warnke enthusiastically endorses ratification of the CFE Treaty. Finally, he forwards with comment a CATO Institute study to a Philippine senator.
