Thanks to Philip M. Kaiser for an advance look at his chapter on Harriman as governor with reference to Franklin Roosevelt, Jr. and Pat Moynihan. A letter (ALS) from Noel Gaylor expressing concern with dispersal of the nuclear arsenal of the disintegrating Soviet Union.
