Letters to Warnke and copies of his own. Among others, a letter from Kenneth Reich of the Los Angeles Times making arrangements to run an op-ed. A letter (TLS) from Charles W. Yost on SALT II. A memo from Sol. M. Linowitz enclosing the text of a speech on Latin America. Also, a note from Herbert Scoville, Jr. with a carbon of his paper on preparation for SALT II. Finally, a letter (TLS) from Daniel I. Davidson asking for comment for "The Gov" (Averell Harriman) and himself on an article on the Jackson amendment.
