Container Summary
A draft paper on NATO expansion in Q&A format from Stone, edited in Warnke's hand. A recasting of the same material in the form of a letter to the president. Also, a letter from Steven Aftergood seeking Warnke's opinion of requiring the CIA budget to be separately disclosed. Warnke returned a form agreeing with the proposition that no harm would be done to national security by such an action.
