Copy of Jeremy J. Stone's fax to Warnke enclosing a draft letter to Sen. Claiborne Pell proposing an alternate structure for arms control should ACDA be eliminated. Letters from Stone sending chapters of his memoir "Every Man Should Try" for Warnke's comment. Chapter 37a of that book, edited in Warnke's hand. Exchanges on the policy of no-first-use of nuclear weapons. Exchanges of views and background material on the legality of any use of a weapon of mass destruction.
