Letter to Warnke from Steven Aftergood conveying a transcript of an FAS hearing "How the United States authorizes the use of military force" at which Warnke served as an interrogator. Facsimile draft from Jeremy J. Stone on missile-free zone in the Middle East annotated in Warnke's hand per Stone's request and a revised draft with thoughts on further action. An exchange with Stone on elimination of non-strategic naval nuclear weapons.
