Container Summary

Letter (TLS) from Leslie H. Gelb to Warnke conveying a report by Jim Shinn on a trip by members of the CFR Asia Policy Panel to Southeast Asia. Correspondence concerning Warnke's support of Robert J. Einhorn and Mark P. Schlefer for regular membership. A draft paper "US-Russian Arms Control" co-sponsored by CFR. A nine-page comment paper from Stanley Resor and John Rhinelander. Conveyed to Warnke by Spurgeon M. Keeny Jr. with a note on his business card, "I don't think this can be salvaged." Pencil notes on draft might be Warnke's.
