Container Summary

Copy of a 5-page letter from Warnke to John Isaacs expressing "...some questions and some strong reservations" on the draft memorandum "U.S. Nuclear Power for the 21st Century." Five months later, a handwritten note from Michael Fonte thanking Warnke "... for taking another look at this piece" and enclosing page proofs. A handwritten note from Warnke on the same date, "Told Mike Fonte I couldn't support the paper." with some of his reasoning also noted.
