Container Summary

Materials on the 1995 activities of CNS regarding foundation support. Also the decision to award the W. Averell Harriman Award to the Chemical Manufacturers Association for its support of the Chemical Weapons Convention. Views of the attempts to get a major Clinton Administration figure as keynote speaker and of encouraging chemical companies to fund the Harriman dinner. Also a memo for record from Alex Slesar on the Sep 1996 meeting of the CNS Nominating Committee.
