Materials related to the report of the CNS Defense Budget Task Force for 1990. Includes a copy of the final report _Restructuring the US Military: Defense Needs in the 21st Century_ (co-sponsored by The National Defense Budget Project) and a copy of a draft amended in Warnke's hand. Also a proposed group letter to Secretary of Defense John Tower. Finally, letters to Warnke from the Campaign to Cut Military Budget by One-Half By the Year 2000 and the Defense Budget Project. Warnke supported both proposals.
