Container Summary

Facsimile to Warnke from Heather Booth of a draft letter proposed for his signature regarding organization of a CDV National Security Committee. Also a list of possible members and a draft paper on the mission of the committee. Copy of a Summary Memo on CDV Activities. A request for Warnke's signature to a unanimous consent document for the Board's approval of an affiliated Political Committee. A copy of a proposed questionnaire for presidential candidates, annotated in Warnke's hand. He also proposes an additional question.
