Container Summary
Funding proposals from BASIC to Careth Foundation, Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust, North Shore Unitarian Universalist Veatch Program, and W. Alton Jones Foundation. Round-robin of facsimiles and letters regarding approaches to Jane Wales, recently joined to the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. The Fund had suspended grant making in the security field and Wales had come to study ways of returning to the field. Also a facsimile of a memo from Daniel T. Flesch on foundation support and the 1996 budget.
