Graham an bout U.S.-Vatican relations and discussing Tittman's diplomatic title in Vatican City during World War II, with a reference to Clare Boothe Luce; sent from New York City. Also, 1 Typed Letter (carbon) dated 3/4/1953 from Tittmann to Fr. Graham, regarding his status at the Vatican during World War II and discussing how he went from being an Assistant to the Personal Representative of the President of the United States to Charge d'Affaires, with references to Myron Taylor, Giovanni Battista Montini, Sumner Welles, and Franklin D. Roosevelt; sent from U.S. Embassy in Lima, Peru.
