Tittmann, Jr., thanking him for making arrangements for Pope Pius XII to bless 25 rosaries for Americans contributing to the war effort at home, describing Clark's recent trip to America to promote the Seventh War Loan Drive, expressing pride at presenting diplomas to his son at West Point and daughter at the Marjorie Webster School, and noting that he had an interview with President Harry S Truman. Sent to Vatican City from Headquarters 15th Army Group Office of the Commanding General.
