1 Typed Letter Signed dated 8/12/1959 from G. Bernard Noble, Chief of the Historical Division of the U.S. Department of State, to Harold H. Tittmann, Jr., granting Tittmann permission to view the dispatches he wrote from 12/16/1941 to 6/4/1944 as Charge d'Affaires to the Vatican. Also, 1 Typed Letter Signed dated 7/15/1960 from William M. Franklin, Acting Director of the Historical Office of the Bureau of Public Affairs of the U.S. State Department, to Tittmann, returning Tittman's notes taken from the above-mentioned dispatches without objections.
