Eisenhower and requesting that Tittmann be considered for a possible position of U.S. representative to Vatican City; sent from Lima, Peru to Washington, D.C. Also, in reply, 1 Typed Letter Signed dated 11/25/1952 from Lodge to Tittmann, acknowledging receipt of the letter for Eisenhower [not retained in this collection] and explaining that he would like to see Tittmann in a post to the Vatican if one were to become open; sent from Washington, D.C. to Lima, Peru.
