1 Autograph Letter Signed dated 6/12/1967 from Peter J. Sullivan to Augustus Hanabergh, U.S. Consul in Cartagena, Colombia, indicating that Sullivan would like to reach Bogota soon. Reference to Masquera being imprisoned and requesting a U.S. Navy ship under Admiral Palmer or Commodore Boggs to go to the port of Sabenella to protect American lives in Colombia. Reference to the ship "Rayo." Sent from Barrouquilla, Colombia to Cartagena.
