Partly Printed Document: "The Commonwealth of Virginia, To the Constable of Jefferson County, Greeting, You are hereby commanded to summon Austin McKiney to appear before me or some other Justice of the Peace for said county...[July 30, 1849]...[signed by] F[ontaine]. Beckham." Beckham was the Mayor of Harpers Ferry, Virginia. Also, 1 Autograph Document dated 7/27/1849, 1 page, a list of accounts for McKiney in Harper's Ferry, Virginia, for purchase of candy, soap, tobacco, and chestnuts. Acquired from Waverly Auctions.
