1 Autograph Letter Signed dated 12/14/1976 from William Ward, Vice President and Representative for Bank of America in Tehran, to Richard M. Helms, regretting that he cannot bid Helms farewell in person and wishing the Helmses well as they return to America. Also, in reply, 1 Typed Letter (carbon) dated 12/19/1976 from Helms to Ward, thanking him for the letter, stating that the Wards will be missed, wishing him good fortune with the Bank of America in Iran, and wishing him happy holidays.
