1 Autograph Letter Signed dated 12/16/1968 from Robert E. Kinter to Richard M. Helms, congratulating Helms on his marriage and stating that it was a good decision to keep Helms as Director of the Central Intelligence Agency. Kinter says that Helms served President Lyndon B. Johnson well and will serve President Richard M. Nixon equally well.
