1 Typed Letter Signed dated 10/4/1985 from J. Carter Brown, Director of the National Galley of Art, to Richard M. Helms and Cynthia Helms, enclosing a published booklet from the Andrew W. Mellon dinner. The evening had been dedicated to Paul Mellon and thanking them for supporting the National Gallery of Art. Included is the abovementioned booklet: "Andrew W. Mellon...National Gallery of Art, Remarks by the President of the United States [Ronald Reagan], by John R. Stevenson, by J. Carter Brown, and by Paul Mellon, National Gallery of Art, Washington, May 3, 1985." And, 1 Color Photograph of the Helmses, presumably at the dinner.
