1 Typed Letter Signed dated 11/11/1976 from David Rockefeller, Chairman of the Board of the Chase Manhattan Bank, to Richard M. Helms, lamenting Helms' resignation as U.S. Ambassador to Iran, complimenting Helms on his work as ambassador, stating that it will be difficult to find a replacement for Helms, and thanking him for breakfast during Rockefeller's trip to Iran; sent from New York City. Also, in reply, 1 Typed Letter (carbon) dated 12/7/1976 from Helms to Rockefeller, thanking him for the letter, and stating that he would like to contact him once he returns to America; sent from Tehran, Iran.
