Helms, inviting him to speak to the Iran American Chamber of Congress after Helms returns to the United States; sent on Mobil Oil Corporation letterhead. Also, in reply, 1 Typed Letter (carbon) dated 11/23/1976 from Helms to MacDonald, informing him that Helms will not return to America before mid-January and suggesting that they discuss the possibility of Helms giving a talk at some later date.
