Helms, congratulating him on good years as U.S. Ambassador to Iran and telling him that Helms' time in Iran was more difficult than the tenures of his predecessors in that post. Also, 1 Typed Letter Signed dated 12/15/1976 from Jablonsky to Helms, congratulating him for his service to America. And, 1 Typed Letter (carbon) in reply from Helms to Jablonsky, thanking him for his letters and expressing that he will miss Jablonsky.
