Comments on the sate of the Central Intelligence Agency. References to possible Americans to fill the openings in U.S. government, including Cyrus Vance or George Ball. Also refers to Cyrus Ghani. Also includes 1 Typed Letter (carbon) dated 11/28/1976 from Helms to Bundy, regarding the Scoville trial and making references to George Ball and Cyrus Vance. Helms comments in detail on his service as head of the CIA and the attacks against him with references to William Colby, Frank Church, and President Gerald Ford, and Zbigniew Brzezinski.
