Of note, regarding Helms' new post as Deputy Director of Plans at the Central Intelligence Agency (1962), a watch given to Hoover (1960), Helms' swearing-in ceremony (1965), Helms' beginning his post as Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (1965), and Helm's embarking as Director of the CIA (1966).
